Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 24 October 2026
The two access options
Endo Protocol currently offers two ways to access the membership:
- Monthly — a recurring subscription that renews every month until you cancel it.
- Lifetime access — a single payment that gives you ongoing access to the membership with no renewals.
Both are currently offered at an early member offer price, for a limited time. We haven’t set an end date and may end the offer at any time. If you join at the early member price, you keep that price for as long as your membership stays active. If you cancel and later rejoin after the offer has ended, you pay the price in effect at that time. Current prices are shown on the website at the time of purchase. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) for customers in Australia and US dollars (USD) for everyone else; the amounts are the same in both. Your bank may convert the charge to your own currency and may add its own fees.
Monthly plan — billing and cancellation
Your monthly plan renews automatically and you are charged again on each monthly anniversary of your original purchase, until you cancel. Cancel any time before your next renewal date to prevent the next charge. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Lifetime access
Lifetime access is a one-time payment. It does not renew and you will not be charged again. “Lifetime” means you keep access to the membership for as long as Endo Protocol continues to offer it — it is not a guarantee that the membership will run forever. There is nothing to cancel.
How to cancel
You can cancel a recurring (monthly) plan yourself at any time: open your account page and choose “Manage billing”, which opens our payment provider’s billing portal where you can cancel or update your card. If you cancel by contacting us, email support@endoprotocol.com from the email address on your account, and we will confirm your cancellation and the date your access ends.
What happens after you cancel
Cancelling a recurring plan stops future charges; it does not end your access early. You keep access to the protocol, diary, community and recipes until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that date, your membership content becomes unavailable, but your account is not deleted — your diary history that has been saved to our hosted database, and your account details, are retained according to our Privacy Policy unless you separately ask us to delete your account. See deleting your account and data in our Privacy Policy.
Diary entries stored only in your own browser’s local storage are not affected by cancelling your membership, but will no longer be accessible once you can no longer sign in to view them, unless you have exported them.
Refunds
We don’t offer refunds for change of mind on the Monthly plan, and we don’t refund partly used months. If you’re charged for a renewal you meant to cancel, email us within 48 hours of that charge and we’ll refund it in full.
If you change your mind about Lifetime access, contact support within 48 hours of your purchase and we’ll refund it in full. After 48 hours, Lifetime access is not refundable for change of mind. Your access ends when a refund is issued.
If you joined with a discount, a referral credit or an early-member price, any refund is for the amount you actually paid, not the standard price.
All of this is separate from, and in addition to, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded — see below.
If we’ve made a mistake
We’ll always fix billing mistakes and refund you in full where needed. That includes:
- being charged twice for the same period
- being charged after you’d already cancelled
- not being able to access what you paid for because of a problem on our end
Products bought elsewhere
Endo Protocol is a membership — we don’t sell herbs, teas, supplements or other physical products ourselves. If you buy something through a link in the protocol (for example, from Nature’s Sunshine), that purchase is with that store. Returns and refunds for it are covered by their own policy, not this one.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits, excludes or restricts any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), which cannot lawfully be excluded.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If there is a major failure with the service, you are entitled to cancel your membership and receive a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the service re-supplied, or to receive a refund, if the service fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Billing problems and disputed charges
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact us at support@endoprotocol.com before raising a chargeback with your bank or card provider — this is usually faster to resolve and avoids chargeback fees on both sides. Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe; card details are held by Stripe, not by us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Changes do not apply retrospectively to a plan you have already paid for.
